Returns for Non-Food Products:

As per UK regulations, non-food products can be returned within 14 days from receipt (right of withdrawal). If you wish to return a non-food item purchased from Fab Dishes, please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the return process.

 

Food Product Returns:

For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns for food products once they have left our kitchen and been delivered. Ensuring the freshness and quality of our food items is paramount, and therefore, we cannot guarantee their safety for return.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

While we strive to deliver products in perfect condition, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there has been an error in your order, please inspect your delivery upon receipt and promptly contact us. We will assess the issue and take necessary steps to resolve it.​
